Middle Office Team Leader

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Lead and coordinate the team responsible for managing and updating assigned portfolios (NPL, PLs, REOs) , ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency, and accuracy (CF allocation, balances, loan and asset information, etc.).
• Oversee Cash Management and Account Provisioning processes , including bank account balance control, collections upload, and upstream reporting.
• Ensure proper execution , control, and continuous improvement of operational processes and data quality monitoring.
