MIG WelderPenmac Staffing is hiring an experienced MIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for a welder who takes pride in quality workmanship, follows safety standards, and enjoys working in a production environment. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.MIG Welder ResponsibilitiesWeld steel components using MIG and Flux Core welding processes Read and follow blueprints, sketches, and work instructions Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and adjust as needed Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements for the MIG WelderHigh school diploma or GED Previous MIG welding required Welding certification preferred Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
