Join a dynamic manufacturing facility dedicated to producing top-quality asphalt maintenance equipment. From fabrication to final assembly, this facility specializes in equipment that heats, stores, transports, and applies a variety of asphaltic materials essential for roadway maintenance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform fabrication and welding operations for large hoppers and tanks, ensuring leakproof processes in accordance with documented manufacturing procedures and prints.
+ Set up and operate advanced Axcess 40v wire feeders and Axcess 300 pulse welders.
+ Execute welding of tank and hopper walls using MIG and Pulse practices.
+ Utilize jigs and fixtures necessary for the majority of daily operations.
+ Conduct self-inspections and evaluate the quality of products before forwarding them to the next step in the fulfillment process.
