IAMGOLD is seeking two Mill Trainers to enhance employee capability at the Côté Gold Mine. This role involves coordinating comprehensive training, including classroom instruction and field coaching, to bridge skill gaps. You'll assess employee competencies while promoting a strong safety culture within mill operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver mill operations training, both in-class and field-based
• Assess and verify employee competencies through evaluations
• Mentor and coach operators on safe mill practices
• Workshop with operations, safety, and training teams
• Develop and update training materials to meet current standards
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years in mill or mineral processing operations
