Mill Operative (Lead)

WE’RE HIRING – MILL OPERATIVE (LEAD) – Full Time Monday to Friday Location: Mintlaw Blends Department: Operations Reporting to: Site Manager We are looking for a practical, reliable and hands-on Mill Operative (Lead) to join our Mintlaw blending operation. This role would suit someone with experience in: • Feed milling • Agricultural operations • Production/manufacturing • Grain handling • Plant operations • Industrial processing The successful candidate will help oversee daily mill operations, ensure feed is manufactured safely and to specification, support production scheduling, and act as key site contact when the Site Manager is unavailable.
