Millwright – Packhouse Maintenance

A well-established company within the agricultural and packhouse environment is seeking a hands-on and motivated Millwright to join their maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance on packhouse equipment, to ensure optimal operational efficiency and minimal downtime.

Education:

• Trade Tested Millwright

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Previous experience within equipment maintenance and repairs
• Strong fault-finding and technical ability
• Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience
• Knowledge of the OHS Act
• Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
• Ability to manage maintenance schedules and audits
• Leadership ability and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work overtime when required
