Job Responsibilities

• Analyze, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical machinery, equipment, and components.
• Analyze, repair, and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic circuits and their associated components.
• Design, modify, and update related schematics.
• Optimize machine functionality for uptime, cycle time, and energy conservation.
• Build new machinery and equipment with minimum supervision.
• Troubleshoot active and new machinery and equipment with minimum supervision.
• Commit to continuous improvement of machinery, equipment, processes, and PM system.
• Meet schedules set by Maintenance Team leaders.
• Train apprentices in all aspects of machine and equipment repair and safety.
• Work within the guidelines of the Karmax Employee Handbook.
• Assist the maintenance department PM activity.
• Maintain IATF16949 & ISO14001 awareness and adherence.
