Job Description: Installing and Commissioning of Equipment: Assembling equipment and attachments. Connecting equipment to customer-provided utilities. Testing machinery to ensure full operational compliance with manufacturer's specifications. Conducting machine demonstrations for product and customer’s personnel. Introducing customer/technical staff to operation and technical manuals, emphasizing safety procedures. Emphasizing the correct usage of manuals. Obtaining customer sign-off and returning relevant documentation for filing. Service and Maintenance: Performing repairs and service upon customer request. Conducting tests, preferably with the product, to ensure job completion according to service or repair request. Demonstrating machine operation to ensure customer satisfaction.
