We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

+ Blueprint interpretation
+ Precision leveling
+ Hydraulic systems work
+ Pneumatic systems work
+ JHAs & safety audits
+ Team training/mentoring
+ Material coordination
+ Job site organization
+ Progress documentation

**Requirements**

+ Background check
+ Drug screen
+ Rigger II certification
+ Stick welding (SMAW)
