**Pay Range: $30 – $35**

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Supervise millwright crews
+ Lead equipment installation
+ Perform precision alignment
+ Direct heavy component rigging
+ Install conveyors and pumps
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues
+ Conduct safety meetings
+ Ensure QA/QC documentation

**Requirements:**

+ Journeyman-level Millwright certification
+ Prior foreman experience
+ Background check
+ Drug screen
+ Reliable transportation
