Mini Bar Attendant

Job Overview: 

The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and replenishing minibar stock in guest rooms, ensuring accurate inventory records, and providing a high standard of service. The role requires attention to detail, effective stock management, and adherence to hospitality and hygiene standards to enhance the guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Replenish minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Monitor and maintain minibar inventory levels.
• Record consumed items accurately and report charges to the relevant department.
• Ensure minibar products are properly displayed and within expiry dates.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of minibar areas and equipment.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or maintenance issues.

Qualification & Experience: 

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification preferred.
