Mining Technical Support Manager

Technical Support & Application Expertise

·Provide technical support for mining customers across key applications (e.g., open gears, hydraulics, engines, gear oils, greases, coolants).

·Diagnose lubrication-related equipment issues and recommend optimized solutions.

·Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide actionable recommendations.

·Ensure proper product selection and application for heavy-duty mining environments.

·Be the focal technical point of contact with HQ mining technical teams to feedback technical topics at a global level.

Customer Engagement & Value Creation

·Partner with Sales teams to support key mining accounts and new business development.

·Deliver technical presentations, product training, and solution proposals to customers and distributors.
