The candidate will be responsible for preparing structured reports, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions. Requirements Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for US staffing operations Generate and analyze reports such as MTD, YTD, QTD, and YoY performance reports Develop and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI Track key staffing metrics such as submissions, interviews, closures, revenue, and recruiter performance Work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel functio...
