Mitchell Activity Center (MAC) Manager

Position Summary

Under the leadership of the Director of Auxiliary Services, the Mitchell Activity Center (MAC) Manager manages a strong and committed staff in operationalizing the Seattle Central College Mitchell Activity Center - a multi-purpose recreational facility that serves a diverse community of students, staff, faculty, and community membership with a comprehensive student-centered program that covers the competitive, informal, social, cultural and instructional aspect of recreational activities.

The MAC includes a gymnasium, dance studio, racquetball courts, weight room, game room, and meeting spaces and provides students with a learning laboratory for personal growth and the development of life-long skills through active experiences. As such, the MAC Manager must be dedicated to supporting student development, retention, and success by designing and delivering activities, services, and courses that focus on well-being.
