Responsibilities

• You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Cocktails are your passion; you will assist with creating and maintaining the beverage menus our hotel will offer, exceeding our guests expectations every time.
• You will also be in charge of training and mentoring the entire restaurant team with a focus on cocktails, ensuring their knowledge is second to none and they are able to assist our guests in the best possible way.
