Mobile Equipment Mechanic - GM Flint Assembly Plant

**Pay:** $41.58/hour



We are seeking an experienced **Mobile Equipment Mechanic** to maintain and repair industrial mobile equipment at the GM Flint Assembly Plant. This role focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment such as **fork trucks, golf carts, and other material handling equipment (MHE)** .


This is a **union environment** , and candidates must be flexible with scheduling, including potential shift changes based on seniority and collective bargaining agreements.





**Job Responsibilities**


+ Diagnose and repair **mechanical and electrical issues** on mobile equipment, including battery-powered systems
+ Perform **preventative maintenance** (oil changes, lubrication, inspections, and component replacements)
+ Service and repair **forklifts, golf carts, and industrial support equipment**
