We have an opportunity for a Mobile Estate Technician to join a mobile team delivering a wide range of estate services, including jet washing, bin cleaning, bulk waste removal, communal window cleaning, and other estate-based duties.

Travelling across neighbourhoods, you'll be ensuring communal areas are kept clean, safe, and welcoming at all times. You'll also act as a visible representative of the organisation, engaging with residents and colleagues while carrying out day-to-day tasks on site.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment and machinery, and taking pride in improving the environment in which residents live.
