Mobile Maintenance Technician (Klang Valley)

About The Role

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and involves providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. You will work as a mobile technician for one client in Kuala Lumpur, covering the GWS Segment. Your working hours will be from 3.00 pm to 12.00 am, and you may need to travel within KL and Selangor, standby, and work overtime as required.

What You’ll Do

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
