Opportunity Description
This is a full-time permanent position - office hours of 5.5 days per week with a renowned health care provider.
Responsibilities
- Fulfil daily appointments around Singapore to administer patient care in their homes
- Be the Point-of-contact between the company and the patients
- Administer care according to the patient's treatment plan
- Provide accurate evaluations and reports
- Maintain patient documentation and records
- Other adhoc duties as required
Requirements
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Familiar with vaccinations
- Comfortable traveling to patient homes (Transport with driver provided)
- Registered under SNB
- Strong desire to learn and grow
