- Operate a mobile volumetric mixer to batch, deliver, and adjust concrete on demand at customer sites.
- Ensure the right mix design, quantity, and consistency through careful calibration and monitoring.
- Maintain safety, equipment reliability, and clear documentation from start to finish.
- Drive and manage a volumetric concrete mixer truck in compliance with company and roadway safety standards.
- Set calibrations and control feed rates to achieve specified slump, yield, and mix design.
- Load and handle materials—aggregate, sand, cement, water, admixtures—per job requirements.
- Survey sites for safe access, effective setup, and efficient pour sequencing.
- Use PPE, follow safety protocols, and handle materials to minimize risk and waste.
- Conduct daily pre-/post-trip inspections, monitor fluid levels and tire pressures, and service mixer components as needed.
