Job Description
As a mobile technician, the role combines technical plumbing expertise with strong problem-solving skills, working flexibly across different KAN buildings each day.
Some days may involve multiple small jobs across several sites, while others will be spent completing extensive work at a single location.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled PPM, inspections, leak detection tests, and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment. Carry out fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repairs on pipes, drainage, water heaters, tanks, compressors, hydraulic lifts, sprinkler systems, and other plumbing assets. Install, modify, and repair plumbing systems including routing pipework, fitting valves, traps, joints, and backflow prevention devices in line with relevant codes.
