Experteer Overview

As MOC Fleet Engineer, you will provide real-time engineering support to maintain 24/7 fleet operability and manage deferred defects within AMOS. You will troubleshoot, advise on MEL interpretations, and recover AOG events, partnering with operations and planning to support daily maintenance decisions. You’ll monitor fleet health, analyse recurring issues, and liaise with manufacturers to uphold fleet reliability. This role offers impact across flight operations and maintenance in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
