A leading South African digital banking group is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Model Validation Analyst to join its Model Risk function.

This is a proper analytics role — not a tick-box compliance job. You’ll be validating, challenging, and monitoring models that genuinely matter across credit risk, marketing, and broader predictive use cases .
