POST: MODERATOR FOR BREAD AND CONFECTIONERY – (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)

Remuneration: Market related rate as prescribed by ETQA.

Requirements Subject matter experts (Diploma in Bread and confectionery/baking) or equivalent qualification. A registration as a moderator with FOOD & BEVERAGES SETA. Understanding of moderation policy/guides. Duties Meet with assessor prior moderation to discuss moderation plan. Moderate all available files as per skill programme. Give feedback to assessor. Develop moderation report and submit it to the Quality Assuring Body for verification. Meet with evaluators/verifiers from Quality Assuring Body during the evaluation process of the files.
