Job Description
- Formulate and implement Modern Trade strategies for sales promotions and activities.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and evaluate programs supporting sales.
- Making guideline that will be used for MT Sales Team to implement each sales strategy.
- Identify efficiency improvements within sales and operational processes.
- Analyze raw sales data or any fact to support developing sales activity / KPI.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports to support work processes and decision-making.
- Manage sales forecasting and budgeting processes for the Modern Trade channel.
- Negotiate and manage listings, promotions, and commercial terms with key Modern Trade accounts.
- Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities within the Modern Trade landscape.
