Leadership / Team Management Responsibility:
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives 
• Support transformation initiatives focused on process automation and efficiency

• Strong experience in ERP LN application support and business process understanding 
• Expertise in ERP LN modules such as: 
o Manufacturing 
o Logistics 
o Procurement 
o Warehouse Management 
o Order Management 
o Finance (Major understanding) 
•  Experience in: 
o Incident management 
o Service requests 
o Problem management 
o Root Cause Analysis (RCA) 
o Change management support
