**Job Description**

The Mold Change Mechanic is responsible for performing efficient mold changes, ensuring proper setup and alignment, and maintaining the operational readiness of equipment and tools in a plastic manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, reducing downtime, and meeting production schedules while consistently following safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mold changes on injection molding or similar manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard work instructions and production schedules.
+ Remove and install molds safely and efficiently to ensure machines can operate correctly and safely.
+ Align and secure molds accurately to ensure proper operation and minimize cycle time adjustments.
