Opportunity Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Act as engineering resource to molding operation ensuring process standardization and responsible for new tooling/autoloader process set up / optimization of existing process.
  • Participate in early design quality level and meeting the process capabilities.
  • Provide engineering support in terms of production and quality issues to ensure issues are contained and resolved.
  • Collaborate with other related departments to ensure the process / equipment maintenance activities.
  • Train the new process technician / tool maker to meet their objectives and organization needs.

    • Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in tooling design and manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in injection molding and high-volume production.
  • Knowledge in mold design (hot runner, cooling, gating, etc....
