Start-Up, operate, and troubleshoot thermoplastic and LSR injection molding production equipment and processes to complete work orders.
**Your role:**
+ Start up, clean, and operate thermoplastic and LSR injection molding machines, including auxiliary equipment, to produce finished goods.
+ Assist in mold setup, validation, and troubleshooting to keep processes running and complete work orders efficiently.
+ Apply advanced knowledge of plastic and silicone transformation processes, using Lean tools to improve operations and solve problems.
+ Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards while supporting product and process improvements.
+ Provide operational support to Manufacturing Engineers/Managers, including training technicians, reporting, validation activities, and root cause analysis of defects.
