Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of the incubation program, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with Ignite's requirements.
• Work closely with the Project Director to analyze program outcomes, propose improvements, and ensure deliverables are met effectively.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and Program Manager to ensure all program activities align with regulatory guidelines and operational standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of incubated startups, assessing growth, funding, and overall progress.
• Conduct regular evaluations to maintain high program standards, ensuring the effectiveness of mentorship, resources, and incubation support.
• Gather and analyze feedback from startups to refine program offerings, address challenges, and enhance overall incubation experience.
