Opportunity Description
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- To support the development, implementation or mainstreaming of M&E functions and systems, specifically but not limited to Accountability, Monitoring & Evaluation (M & E) and Learning
- To contribute to the process of strengthening M&E department through deliverables as well as support in strategizing and planning for future growth
Development of M&E department
- Define & develop M&E functions within DIL
- Develop M&E Strategy based on defined functions for the department and assist in implementing the strategy
- Work with all departments to develop a mechanism to review external and DIL best practices in Accountability, M & E and Learning
- Deliver training and organize other capacity building activities for program staff on M & E and selected cross-cutting themes to program and M&E teams
