Montevideo Development & Trade Finance Graduate Programme

Puma Energy is offering a two-year Development Graduate Programme based in Montevideo, with 3 x 8-month rotations across Deals Desk, Operations, and Trade Finance in Energy or Metals and Minerals.

Graduates will gain hands-on experience and develop skills essential for future leadership positions, while receiving ongoing support from experienced professionals. Fluency in English and Spanish is required along with a passion for a collaborative and dynamic environment.
