We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.

Role Overview

The Mortgage Administrator provides end‑to‑end mortgage support by delivering professional, responsive service to People’s Group broker partners while maintaining complete, well‑organized mortgage files. Ensures all mortgage and client information is accurately verified, documentation meets policy and compliance requirements, and outstanding conditions are proactively followed up through effective pipeline management.
