Regional Financial Services Manager - Cambridge / Bedford

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our Mortgage Advisory business linked to an estate agency network across Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

As Financial Services Manager you will lead a team of approximately 20 Mortgage Advisors and manage relationships with our estate agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results through team leadership and performance management.
• Maintain and grow key relationships with estate agency partners.
• Support and develop mortgage advisors to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive management experience within an estate agency linked financial services business.
• Based in the Bedford / Cambridge area.
• Strong understanding of mortgage advisory and estate agency operations.
