Mortgage Closing Specialist I

CTG is seeking to fill a Mortgage Closing Specialist I opening for our client.

**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 6 months

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Serve as liaison for loan closing data gathering to support accurate Closing Disclosure (CD) issuance
+ Manage pipeline workflow and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure on-time closings
+ Validate completeness and accuracy of loan data (taxes, insurance, payoffs, fees, third-party invoices) prior to CD issuance
+ Coordinate with settlement agents, loan officers, underwriting, servicing, and post-closing teams
+ Monitor rate lock and document expirations; proactively resolve issues impacting closing timelines
+ Review loan files for compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines
