Mortgage PROCESSOR - Commercial Loans

We are seeking a Contract Mortgage Processor - HARD MONEY to become a part of our team! You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate commercial loans.

Please be aware that this is contract processing, which means we pay per file and it is 1099

We pay $895 per file when it closes.

We pay $295 per file if it dies

We supply 10 files min per month

This is an in the office position / but can be hybrid 2 days also after 60 days

We are located at 800 Westchester Ave Ryebrook,NY 10573

Responsibilities:

• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• File loan applications and supporting documents
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
