Mortgage Sales Trainer

TEKsystems is partnering with a mortgage client actively hiring for a sales trainer in their corporate loan officer program. You will support incoming loan officers and new hires in learning system and process to actively sell to new buyers. Applicants with a strong loan officer experience and/or corporate sales training experience in the mortgage field are encouraged to apply.
Description
Contract role that provides ongoing training, coaching, and support to call center loan advisors. The position is designed to help create an atmosphere of continuous performance development within the call center and ensures sales development is being carried through the team’s initiatives.
