Sales Prospecting
- Source prospective clients for secured lending products through business alliances such as lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents and other partner‑in‑sales.
- Collaborate and work alongside branches to improve referrals and cross‑sales activities.
- Ensure adherence to responsible selling guidelines and structure proposed solutions that meet the client’s financial needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of the end‑to‑end application process.
- Submit sales/pipeline management reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve satisfactory net promoter score.
- Stay abreast of updated product information, market changes, and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management for appropriate action.
