Job Summary
The position is responsible to acquire the prospect customer with a solution-based approach by understanding the customer’s business needs for lending (specifically Home finance) with the aim of enhancing revenue, identifying opportunities and providing value added solutions, therefore achieving long term sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients through the end-to-end mortgage application process, providing expert advice on home finance options and related products.
Meet prospective customers in person to gather information for loan applications, perform needs-based analysis, and address queries on processes and requirements.
Analyse applicants’ financial status, creditworthiness, and property value to determine the feasibility of granting commercial and residential real estate finance.
Evaluate and recommend approval of mortgage facilities in line with bank policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
