Opportunity Description
Summary of Position: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mosaic Arts Instructor to lead engaging classes for teens of varying skill levels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mosaic techniques, a love for teaching, and the ability to create a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
This is a part-time position scheduled for approximately 16-20 hours per week for 7 weeks.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Instructional: Plan and facilitate a 120-hour curriculum, including field trips and guest speakers
+ Create clear structure and support for teens, including agenda setting, creating group norms, and abide by ASMs supportive behavior management plan and incident reporting procedures
+ ·Lead the teens through the planning and implementation of an end of session demonstration of learning (showcase)
