Motel Manager

- REQUIRED 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A MOTEL MANAGER.

- 3 BEDROOOMS ON SITE RESIDENCE.

- RELIEF MANAGER IS AVAILABLE TO COVER TIME OFFS.

- HOUSEKEEPING STAFF IS AVAILABLE.

- PEOPLE WITH VISA SPONSORSHIP WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED.

Job Duties:

1. oversee reception and housekeeping services, garden, maintenance and security arrangements
2. plan bar, restaurant, function and conference activities
3. ensure liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations are observed
4. assess and review customer satisfaction forms and feedback
5. speak to patrons to resolve problems or complaints
6. oversee accounting and purchasing activities
7. ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
8. manage staff and contractors
