What You'll Be Doing
As a Motor Claims Advisor, you'll manage the end-to-end insurance claims process, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, surveyors, and workshop teams. Your role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and supporting business growth. Customer Service & Claims Advisory Advise customers on insurance claim options in line with Motor Claims Framework (MCF) and GIA guidelines.
Provide personalized service during vehicle handover and explain repair details clearly.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, surveyors, and insurance companies based on trust and integrity.
Claims & Documentation Management Prepare accurate accident repair estimates and supplementary estimates when required.
