Motor Finance Specialist

We're looking for a Motor Finance Specialist to join our Technical, Risk & Compliance team at Car Benefit Solutions (CBS). This team forms part of the Business Foundation function, incorporating Treasury, Credit Risk, Compliance and Technical Teams, which collectively ensure the business operates robustly, with confidence, and with the highest level of expertise.

This is a specialist, individual contributor role for someone with experience in motor finance, car schemes or consumer credit products, who understands how finance products are structured and can apply legal, regulatory and tax requirements in practice.

The role focuses on interpreting and applying complex requirements to support the design and evolution of CBS products and schemes, alongside providing guidance to CBS, its clients and relevant third-parties.
