Motorsports Aerodynamics Surface Designer

**Job Description**

**DUTIES** : Create highly parametric surfaces for vehicle aerodynamics and thermal development. Convert existing CAD models into simplified, clean assemblies that are CFD-friendly and optimized for high-fidelity meshing. Design and develop mechanical parts for aerodynamics and cooling physical testing. Collaborate with the global design studio on styling surface development. Coordinate the release, manufacturing, and assembly of test parts to ensure quality and timely delivery. Support the development of CFD automation processes. Manage multiple full car and subsystem assemblies within a CAD database. Develop and maintain processes to ensure thoroughness and consistency within a structured team environment. Participate in planning and conducting physical tests in wind tunnels and other related facilities. 20% domestic and international travel. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office.
