Moves & Changes Lead – EMEA

Job Description We are looking for an experienced, client-facing professional who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders, manage subcontractors and commercial processes, and ensure high standards of quality, safety and colleague experience throughout all MAC activities. Travel is required as part of this role. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day management of all moves, changes, relocations and restacks across London and EMEA sites Act as the primary point of ownership for MAC delivery, coordinating stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers Manage client engagement, cost control, quality assurance and commercial performance Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, programmes and version control for all MAC activities Liaise with CAD engineers to ensure drawings are approved, issued and updated post-move Ensure occupancy drawings and data are maintained within the Occupancy Management system Produce programmes for large-scale moves and provide regular reporting against M...
