Moving & Handling Trainer — Onsite Coaching & Competency

We are looking for an enthusiastic trainer to join our team. You will work with the Moving and Handling Manager and the team of Advisors and Trainers to provide and co‑ordinate training and support for Moving and Handling across NHS Highland. You will deliver highquality Moving and Handling training to staff and provide onsite coaching, support and competency assessment in clinical and nonclinical settings. This role is key to ensuring safe, effective and person‑centred moving and handling practice across our diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Degree in a health or social care discipline or equivalent relevant qualifications
• Experience working in a health or social care setting
• Experience delivering training or education
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
