Job / Role title-MRI Design Engineer
Minimum Educational Qualification -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Years of Experience -10+ years in medical device design and development and at least 2 years in design of medical devices for MRI compliance
Responsibilities and authorities:
Lead the design and verification activities for MRI compliance of medical device.
Key responsibilities include
Design of electromechanical components for compliance to international standards/regulations for MRI compliance of medical devices
Test Strategy and compliance testing of the medical device
Interface with internal and external partners for defining scope and tracking progress of work packages to be executed externally
Technical:Mandatory Skill :
In-depth knowledge of MRI Physics
In-depth knowledge of magnet design
Desirable Skill:
Electromagnetic simulation
Mandatory Skill:
SolidWorks
