Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning, disassembly, inspection, fault diagnosis, repair, assembly, and functional testing of aircraft components per OEM CMM & CRMs
- Use precision tools, calibrated equipment, and test rigs as per maintenance data
- Complete all work orders and technical documents accurately and legibly
- Perform certifying staff duties (once authorized)
- Perform final inspection and issue Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) for eligible components
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and OEM requirements
- Maintain personal authorization records and currency of mandatory training
- Record maintenance actions and traceability data into ERP/MRO software system
- Ensure component tags and part movement records are compliant
- Report non-conformities via quality system and support corrective actions
