About This Opportunity: We are seeking an IT Engineer Graduate to deliver IT services encompassing operations support, system maintenance, and the administration of customer environments. This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals (Emiratis), in line with our commitment to supporting national talent development and Emiratisation. As part of a dedicated customer team, you will be embedded at customer premises or working remotely in direct support of the customer wherever applicable. The role centers on the support and maintenance of customer products and systems, including their sizing and optimization. You will be responsible for validating and implementing change requests, identifying anomalies against system specifications, and performing initial diagnosis of potential root causes.
