Job Purpose

Execute effective oversight of vehicle licensing operations by monitoring and ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with service centers to resolve transaction issues, handling customer complaints, managing vehicle recall campaigns and impound applications, providing technical support for inspections, and preparing performance reports.

• Follow up on the progress of vehicle licensing procedures and ensure compliance with the approved regulations and regulations
